Ward S. Bondurant is a Senior Counsel in the firm’s Corporate Practice and member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Mr. Bondurant has counseled businesses in general corporate and corporate finance matters for over 25 years. His business includes the representation of companies in public and private finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions, securities reporting and compliance, corporate governance, equity and interest rate derivatives, product development and distribution, borrowing and lending, and executive compensation.
Mr. Bondurant’s clients range from providers of healthcare, technology and telecommunications services to financial services providers. He also works extensively with businesses involved in various aspects of the insurance industry, including insurance companies, managing general agents, reinsurers, and agencies.
Mr. Bondurant is a frequent presenter on topics relating to corporate governance and finance. He is also active with numerous organizations throughout the Atlanta community, serving on the Advisory Board of the Emmaus House and as an instructor in various programs on behalf of local non-profit organizations.
