Sydney Brogden is in the firm’s Environmental and Real Estate Practice. Sydney’s practice includes assessing potential environmental liabilities involved in corporate and real estate transactions and allocating associated risks.
Sydney received her J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law, where she served as Executive Online Editor of the Georgia Law Review. While attending Georgia, Sydney competed on the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Team, served as Secretary/Treasurer for the Moot Court Executive Board, and participated in the Interdisciplinary Environmental Law Practicum. Sydney received her bachelor’s degree from Mercer University, where she played on Mercer’s NCAA Division I soccer team.
Before attending law school, Sydney worked as a Public Affairs Specialist with the Georgia Environmental Protection Division.
Prior to joining the firm, Sydney served as a law clerk to the Honorable J. Randal Hall of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia.
