Snir Geuli represents clients on either side of complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, finance transactions, strategic investments and general corporate matters. He specializes in guiding and supporting technology companies from formation and early-stage funding through growth financings, strategic acquisitions and exits.
Before joining the firm, Snir worked as a Corporate and Securities Associate at an international law firm in Israel and New York. There, he represented clients in international transactions, financing rounds, and mergers and acquisitions, as well as buyouts made by private equity funds. Snir worked as a law clerk in Tel Aviv following his LL.B. graduation and prior to sitting for the Israeli bar. Snir was also a teaching assistant for Public International Law and competed and coached in the International Committee of the Red Cross’ National International Humanitarian Law Competition.
Snir was the Moskovitz & Stern Scholarship recipient from Duke University School of Law for his LL.M. degree, where he was the LL.M. Representative for the Sports and Entertainment Law Society and received the Outstanding LL.M. award in the 2023 Transactional Law Competition.
Snir is a native Hebrew speaker and is licensed by the Israeli Bar Association.
