Seth Weiner

Seth Weiner is a partner in the Corporate, Securities and Real Estate Capital Markets Practices at Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP. For more than 20 years, Mr. Weiner’s practice has focused on the areas of fund formation, public securities offerings, private placement securities offerings, federal securities law compliance, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate representation, FINRA registration and blue sky law compliance. Mr. Weiner represents public and private companies in high growth industries, including real estate investment trusts (REITs), real estate funds and technology companies.

Mr. Weiner regularly advises boards of directors, board committees and management in matters ranging from corporate governance issues to structuring and consummating complex corporate transactions, including public and private securities offerings. For companies seeking to enter the public markets, Mr. Weiner has guided companies and their boards of directors through the public offering process, on-going reporting requirements and stock exchange requirements, as well as through the business and corporate governance issues encountered by a public company.
