Seth Taylor represents owners, investors and lenders in an array of commercial real estate transactions. He has extensive experience representing owners and financial institutions, including banks and private equity funds, in structuring, negotiating and executing construction loans, permanent loans, bridge loans, mezzanine loans, and workouts involving real estate projects across a number of asset classes. Seth’s practice also includes representing owners, investors and developers in the acquisition, disposition, development, financing, leasing and workout of multi-family projects, hotels, office buildings, industrial properties, healthcare facilities and mixed-use assets located throughout the country.
Prior to joining MMM, Seth worked in the commercial real estate practice at an international law firm. He received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia and his law degree from Duke University, where he served as a Staff Editor for the Duke Journal of Constitutional Law & Public Policy.
