Regina M. Scott is a corporate paralegal in the firm’s corporate and securities group. She has over twenty years of paralegal experience in the areas of corporate, commercial real estate, intellectual property and estate planning law.
Ms. Scott assists attorneys in the firm’s corporate and securities group in a broad range of transactional matters, including business formation, corporate governance and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and private securities reporting.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Scott worked as a transactional paralegal for an international Atlanta law firm. She worked extensively with clients managing all stages of forming new business entities, stock and membership interest purchase and sale, mergers and acquisitions, real property and business asset acquisitions, cross-border transactions including opening branch offices for international corporations, as well as trademark registrations.
