Quinten Wilson is a Partner in the firm’s Commercial Real Estate and Commercial Lending practice groups, where he advises clients in a variety of commercial real estate transactions. Quinten has extensive experience representing financial institutions, including banks and private equity funds, in structuring, negotiating and executing construction loans, permanent loans, bridge loans, mezzanine loans and preferred equity investments involving real estate projects across a number of asset classes.
Quinten’s practice also includes representing owners, investors and developers in the acquisition, disposition, development, financing and leasing of multi-family projects, hotels, office buildings, industrial properties, healthcare facilities and mixed-use assets located throughout the country.
