Joe Guardino focuses his practice on the representation of clients engaged in the acquisition, development, disposition, financing, and leasing of commercial real estate. Joe specializes in industrial, multifamily, and office development transactions, often representing clients from the acquisition of raw land all the way through to potential dispositions. He routinely negotiates both permanent and construction financing for clients in commercial real estate. Joe handles all aspects of client’s real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, loan documentation, due diligence/curative matters, development agreements, and joint ventures.
Prior to joining MMM, Joe received his juris doctor from Georgia State University College of Law where he was a member of the GSU Law Review and the recipient of the Georgia State College of Law Dean’s Scholarship.
