Jennifer Feld is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Group. She focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, strategic investments, and general corporate matters. She regularly advises buyers, sellers and investors on all aspects of the deal process including structuring, negotiating, documenting, and closing transactions. Jennifer also serves as outside general counsel to clients assisting with their day-to-day legal needs, including coordinating advice from other attorneys across the firm.
Prior to joining MMM, Jennifer practiced at both a regional law firm and a global law firm where she gained banking and finance and corporate transactional experience in a broad range of industries including technology, agribusiness, manufacturing, consumer products, and healthcare.
