Homer “Lee” Walker passed away on Friday, March 17, 2023. He focused on the development and operational aspects of office, industrial, hotel, retail and multi-family assets, including complex mixed-use projects involving multiple combined asset classes. Mr. Walker’s practice also focused on the formation and capitalization of joint venture platforms and investment funds. His clients included leading national REITs, investment funds and development companies, among them Atlanta-based Regent Partners, the developer of Buckhead’s award winning 50-story Sovereign Building.
