Hillary Lukacs practices with the litigation group at MMM, focusing primarily on business litigation, appellate work, and alternative dispute resolution. She represents clients in a variety of industries and has specialized expertise in constitutional law, jurisdictional issues, international disputes, business torts, corporate governance, complex real estate transactions, land use and zoning litigation, and intellectual property.
Ms. Lukacs is a board member of the Atlanta Arbitration Society and previously assisted in launching the Atlanta Center for International Arbitration and Mediation. Ms. Lukacs is also an active LSAC member for the University of Georgia School of Law. In 2023, Ms. Lukacs was nominated by the firm to participate in ATLeaders, a program organized by the Atlanta Metro Chamber of Commerce for young professionals under 40 seen as future leaders in the community.
