Ms. Coward assists clients in a range of matters including regulatory and compliance advice; internal and external compliance and investigative audits; Stark and Anti-Kickback statute compliance; fraud and abuse government investigations; EMTALA compliance and investigations; healthcare transactions; and regulatory litigation matters such as Certificate of Need.
