Eliza del Carmen is an Associate in the firm’s Commercial and Product Liability practice. She is experienced in representing businesses and insurers in a broad range of complex litigation matters.
Eliza received her bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University and law degree from Emory University School of Law. During law school, Eliza served as a student leader in the Student Bar Association, Asian Pacific American Law Student Association, and Health Law Society. She also competed with the Emory Mock Trial Society, where she was awarded Best Oral Advocate and First Place Overall in the 2023 John L. Costello National Criminal Law Trial Advocacy Competition. While in law school, Eliza was a summer associate at MMM and completed externships with The Coca-Cola Company and Atlanta Legal Aid Society.
