Charlene Laplanche has over eighteen years of paralegal experience in the areas of corporate, securities, commercial real estate, litigation and estate planning law.
Charlene assists attorneys in the firm’s corporate and securities group in a broad range of transactional matters, including business formation, corporate governance and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and private securities reporting. She has extensive experience working with clients to manage all stages of forming new business entities with various Secretary of State offices, handling administration of Estates, assisting with documentation related to mergers and acquisitions, drafting various deeds and pleadings, and using GA Odyssey E-file and PeachCourt.
