Caroline W. Suydam is an Associate in the firm's Commercial, Class Action and Products Liability Litigation Practices. Her practice focuses primarily on the areas of general liability defense and insurance disputes. She has experience representing a broad range of clients in complex litigation and arbitration matters, including business torts, class actions, insurance and reinsurance disputes and products liability cases in state and federal courts.
Prior to joining the firm, Caroline practiced as an associate representing clients in state and federal court in a variety of litigation matters and served as a law clerk for the Superior Court judges of the Piedmont Judicial Circuit. Caroline graduated, summa cum laude, from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2015. While in law school, Caroline was a member of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law, completed an externship with Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, interned for the Honorable John J. Goger of the Superior Court of Fulton County, and served as Vice President of the Student Bar Association.
