Caroline Harvey is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Real Estate practice group. She represents clients in wide array of complex commercial real estate matters, including multi-family and industrial development projects, acquisitions, financing, and dispositions in all phases of real estate transactions. Her expertise extends to hospitality transactions, and acquisitions and financing within the medical office building sector. Caroline is well-versed in bonds-for-title transactions and is a trusted advocate for a diverse clientele, including private equity investors, real estate entrepreneurs, and developers.
Additionally, she has experience with various types of construction and permanent financing arrangements, including Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, bridge, acquisition financing, and institutional credit-facilities. She routinely handles title, survey, easement drafting, and curative matters.
Caroline is a native of Sandersville, Georgia. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law, where she served as Executive Notes Editor for the Georgia Law Review.
