Bradley Spinner advises clients on both sides of complex transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, strategic investments, and general corporate matters throughout the business lifecycle. He draws on the firm’s team of experienced attorneys to assist technology companies at every stage, from formation and initial funding to growth financings, strategic acquisitions, and exits. Additionally, Bradley serves as outside general counsel and a trusted advisor, offering comprehensive legal support across the organization and managing legal counsel.
Bradley received his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he served as a Symposium Editor and Editorial Board Member for the Georgia Law Review. During law school, Bradley was a 2x national quarterfinalist as a competitor on UGA’s Moot Court team, for which he also coached. Bradley also worked as a corporate counsel extern at Secureworks, a UGA Law Judicial Clerkship Fellow, and as a Dean’s Ambassador.
Before attending law school, Bradley obtained his bachelor’s degree in marketing from Georgia College, where he played college baseball and served as a senator on student government.
