Bailey Malchow focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, finance transactions, strategic investments, emerging companies and general corporate matters.
Bailey graduated from Vanderbilt University School of Law. During law school, she was a managing editor of the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law, a part of the Law and Business Society, Women Law Students Association and the La Alianza Hispanic Law Students Association.
