Anna Baker helps her clients create a holistic, business-focused IP strategy. Anna is a licensed patent attorney who assists her clients with preparing and prosecuting patent applications. Anna helps her clients identify their inventions and prepares a patent strategy to advance their business’s goals. In addition to her patent prosecution practice, Anna routinely assists clients in preparing and filing trademark applications, IP due diligence, and proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
Anna focuses her practice on early-stage start-ups and helps these businesses develop and grow their IP portfolio. Anna also represents mid-market and large companies across industries, including artificial intelligence, communications, fintech, cybersecurity, gaming, medical devices, robotics, and consumer products. Anna also supports and guides her clients through the challenging IP prosecution process.
Anna graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law, where she was the Executive Online Editor of Georgia Law Review. She also worked as a judicial intern for Honorable William Ray of the Northern District of Georgia U.S. District Court and as a research assistant for Professor Dan T. Coenen. Prior to attending law school, Anna graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Nuclear & Radiological Engineering. She minored in business and engineering through the Denning Technology & Management Program.
