Over the past decade, Alex has closed hundreds of financings and both buy- and sell-side M&A transactions and has served as a practical and business-minded advisor to founders and venture-backed companies of all sizes and across all industries, including technology, media, SaaS, fintech, consumer products, and healthcare.
Alex also regularly represents leading venture capital investment firms in their investment activities. Alex also regularly represents private equity funds, growth equity funds, and other investment entities on their investments in and acquisitions of companies of all stages and sizes across all industries.
