Aldair Delibrado focuses his practice on the representation of clients engaged in the acquisition, development, disposition, financing, and leasing of commercial real estate. Aldair is routinely engaged in industrial, multifamily, and hotel transactions, often representing clients from the acquisition of raw land through development. He handles all aspects of clients’ real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, loan documentation, due diligence, and development agreements.
Prior to joining MMM, Aldair received his juris doctor from Georgia State University College of Law, where he served as the Vice President of the LatinX and Caribbean Law Student Association, Diversity Chair of the Student Bar Association, and competed in ABA and NLLSA Moot Court Competitions. He also was a Legal Intern at Tahirih Justice Center, where he assisted in the representation of female survivors of gender-based violence.
