Abraham Llama focuses primarily on debt finance transactions, including representing both private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies and non-sponsored borrowers in connection with negotiating, structuring and documenting secured and unsecured financing transactions for acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, refinancings, dividend recapitalizations, and working capital facilities.
Prior to joining MMM, Abraham worked at an Am Law 100 firm representing tax credit syndicators in all aspects of their business, including the purchase and sale of investor interests in multi-investor tax credit funds and project partnership portfolios. He also has experience assisting corporations, limited liability companies, and investors in general corporate matters, including entity formation, fund formation, and mergers & acquisitions.
