Abani Rollins focuses her practice on advising public and private companies on a wide range of corporate matters, including formation, financing, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate governance matters.
Before joining the firm, Abani worked as a Corporate Associate in New York, where she reviewed and prepared membership interest purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, and related ancillary documents such as information statements and secretary certificates. Through her experience managing closing checklists and facilitating the execution, organization, and compilation of deal documents in connection with closings, Abani brings many tools to her clients.
Abani graduated from the University of Michigan School of Law and was a Contributing Editor of the University of Michigan Journal of Law Reform. Before attending law school, Abani graduated from Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in International Relations.
