Wyatt Kendall Quoted In Landmark On San Francisco’s Waste Permit Dispute In A Post-Chevron World

Landmark newsletter quoted MMM’s Wyatt Kendall in an article covering the recent San Francisco v. EPA case following the overturn of the Chevron doctrine and the Supreme Court’s opportunity to diminish the authority of agencies like the EPA.

Kendall, who provides guidance on real estate matters as well as environmental compliance and permitting, told Landmark that he expects the court will “move the ball forward” on questions of regulator power with the case, building on the overturn of Chevron.
