As the administration’s tariffs on imported goods continue to evolve, Planert has observed a surge in inquiries from clients seeking guidance on compliance with federal trade laws and how to manage the complexities of new tariffs.
“It’s a lot of confusion and a lot of chaos,” Planert said, highlighting the difficulty importers face in adapting to the shifting regulatory environment.
