Atlanta (August 16, 2021) – Dan Weede, who has more than 25 years experience in commercial real estate law, has joined Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP as a partner.

Weede has experience in all real estate sectors including industrial, mixed-use and multifamily development, lending, retail and other sectors. In recent years he focused on representing owners, developers, lenders and managers in the hospitality industry and was a co-founder and former president of the Atlanta Hospitality Alliance, a professional development and networking group.

Alex Hegner, also previously with Carlton Fields, is joining MMM with Weede. Hegner, who earned both JD and MBA degrees, will be an associate. Weede praises him for his communication skills and ability to understand business from the clients’ perspectives.
