MMM Managing Partner Simon Malko spoke with Above the Law on how MMM has focused on opportunities for growth by building upon its existing foundation.
“Our strategy has been to grow and enhance our existing offices, particularly in Atlanta and Washington, D.C., by expanding our depth in core practice areas and enhancing them with new areas of expertise. This year alone, we’ve launched new tax controversy, ADR, LGBTQ, and sports and entertainment practices,” said Malko.
Noting that clients are less focused on physical firm locations in a post-pandemic world, Malko said that MMM will continue to double down on growth strategies for its existing locations. With MMM having its largest partner class in history in 2023 and seeing its largest office location – Atlanta – becoming a destination for top employees and employers, MMM has the talent and bench strength to compete against any firm.
