Atlanta (January 11, 2017) – Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP today announced its SE Tech podcast series powered by MMM Tech Law focused on the leading start-up and fast-growth tech companies in the Southeast.
SE Tech features interviews with entrepreneurs and executives of leading start-up and fast-growth tech companies throughout the Southeast - companies headquartered in Georgia, the Carolinas, Florida, Tennessee, Alabama and Mississippi. Listeners can subscribe to the SE Tech podcast on iTunes or follow and listen to additional content on SoundCloud.
"The Southeast is home to many of the leading tech companies and entrepreneurs in the US," commented John Yates, chair of the Technology Group at MMM. "SE Tech provides a central site for information on the region’s fastest growing and most innovative companies."
SE Tech's audience includes investors, venture capitalists, private equity/growth equity funds, advisors, and tech leaders throughout the country. “Many tech leaders and venture capitalists have a limited view of the rapid growth of technology businesses in the Southeast," said David Calhoun, chair of the Corporate Finance Group at MMM. “SE Tech keeps these key players in the global tech ecosystem informed about the promising entrepreneurs and tech start-ups in the region."
In addition to interviews with entrepreneurs and executives, SE Tech includes discussions with representatives from the leading business and academic institutions in the region, including Georgia Tech, the Metro Atlanta Chamber, Atlanta Tech Village, and incubators and accelerators in cities throughout the region.
SE Tech is associated with MMM Tech Law, a blog featuring commentary on the tech community in the Southeast and authored by the Corporate Technology Group of the law firm of Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP.
