The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) posted a revised Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan forgiveness application. The application implements the PPP Flexibility Act, signed on June 5, 2020. In addition to the revised application, the SBA also published a new EZ application that applies to certain borrowers.
