Atlanta (April 25, 2023) – Dan Huynh, the co-chair of MMM’s Intellectual Property Practice, has been accepted into Leadership Atlanta’s class of 2024. Leadership Atlanta, one of the oldest sustained community leadership programs in the nation, offers a nine-month executive-level event series exploring crucial community issues. The 2024 class also includes philanthropist Stephanie Blank, nationally-known chef Kevin Gillespie, representatives of companies including Microsoft, UPS, The Coca-Cola Co. and Mercedes-Benz USA as well as public and private universities.
Huynh was previously a member of LEAD Atlanta, a Leadership Atlanta initiative for emerging leaders between the ages of 27 and 34.
In addition to being lead counsel in patent, trademark, and trade secret litigations in federal and state courts across the U.S., Huynh is MMM’s Chief Diversity Partner. He launched and supervises several programs to help diverse students and attorneys succeed in the legal profession and holds internal positions providing leadership on hiring, professional development and firm culture. He recently became a Registered Neutral with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution, a key part of the firm’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice. He is also on an advisory council for MMM’s new group formed to serve LGBTQ-owned businesses. He holds seats on the boards of several nonprofit organizations.
