ATLANTA – June 3, 2024 – Morris, Manning & Martin advised West Orange Roofing in its acquisition by Roofing Services Solutions, a portfolio company of New York-based private investment firm Dunes Point Capital, LP.
Orange Roofing provides roofing and building exterior services to residential and commercial customers in Tavares, Florida. The acquisition allows Roofing Services Solutions to expand its operations throughout Florida.
