ATLANTA – June 13, 2024 – Morris, Manning & Martin advised Vocap Partners in closing a $10.5M Series A investment in Physical Security as a Service (PSaaS) provider YourSix Inc. with participation from Eastside Partners.
The strategic investment will allow YourSix Inc. to broaden its market presence and accelerate its platform, YourSixOS. The cloud-based platform provides customers with surveillance, access control, audio, sensors, artificial intelligence, and monitoring.
With offices in Georgia and Florida, Vocap Partners provides capital, connections, and operational knowledge to emerging B2B software and healthcare IT companies.
