ATLANTA – October 16, 2023 — Morris, Manning & Martin advised Viewgol in their acquisition by Alabama based healthcare solutions company, Compute Programs and Systems, Inc. (CPSI).
Viewgol, a provider of ambulatory revenue cycle management (RCM) analytics has been acquired by CPSI. CPSI specializes in providing business, consulting, information technology (IT) services and RCM offerings to healthcare organizations. The acquisition allows CPSI to expand their global operations, diversify their RCM business with additional market expansion opportunities in the ambulatory setting.
The Atlanta-based MMM team is led by Zachary Crowe and includes Associates Sarah Moy and Haley Gleerup.
