AUSTIN, TEXAS – January 3, 2023 — Morris, Manning & Martin advised Valuant in its acquisition by Abrigo, a leader in compliance, credit risk and lending solutions for financial institutions.
The Valuant team's substantial expertise, combined with Abrigo's existing resources and reach, position the blended enterprise for additional high-quality growth. The deal joins two successful, customer-focused companies, allowing Abrigo to grow feature functionality and create more options to help clients solve their challenges.
The MMM team is led by Nick Rueter with Ballard Yelton and J.D. Hawkins in Atlanta. Leonis Partners also advised Valuant, which is based in Columbia, S.C. Austin-based Abrigo was advised by DLA Piper LLP. The deal was announced on January 3, 2023.
