MIAMI, FLORIDA – September 21, 2022 — Morris, Manning & Martin advised The Montford Group. and Opterra Capital in the acquisition of the Hilton Garden Inn Miami Beach, a 96-key hotel. The transaction was the 13th joint venture of TMGOC Ventures (a partnership between The Montford Group. and Opterra Capital) and its eighth in Florida. The Hilton Garden Inn is located at the corner of 29th and Collins Avenue in the heart of Miami Beach. It is located within the historic Royal Polo Hotel building, an Art Deco landmark in the Mid-Beach.
