ATLANTA – July 11, 2024 – Morris, Manning & Martin advised Sparq in its acquisition of two digital engineering companies, Charlotte-based Kingsmen Software and Seattle-based Amplify Consulting Partners.
Sparq’s third strategic acquisition in six months allows the company to solidify its position as a leader in digital engineering, including artificial intelligence, data, and analytics. Combining the Kingsmen Generative AI strategy and Amplify’s robust client portfolio, Sparq will continue to scale for its clients and expand its service offerings.
