ATLANTA – December 20, 2022 — Morris, Manning & Martin advised Palo Alto-based Sageview Capital in its investment into User Interviews, a user research recruiting platform. Sageview led the $27.5 million Series B funding round with participation from existing investors Teamworthy, Accomplice, Las Olas VC, Trestle Ventures, ValueStream, ERA’s Remarkable Ventures and FJ Labs.
Sageview Capital is a private investment firm that aims to partner with industry-defining innovators to build enduring software and tech-enabled businesses. With over $2 billion in assets under management, it collaborates with entrepreneurs on a custom approach, leveraging decades of experience, operational expertise, and network in scaling many successful companies.
The financing will allow User Interviews, which connects researchers, product managers, designers and marketers with high-quality participants quickly, affordably, and seamlessly to serve high-scale research teams and the growing research operations capabilities those teams require. The company has been fully remote since 2018.
The MMM team, led by Zach Crowe and includes Jason Cummings, John Taylor and Ella Vacca, is in Atlanta. The financing was announced December 20, 2022.
