ATLANTA – July 16, 2024 – Morris, Manning & Martin advised Safety Plus in its acquisition of Dublin-based contractor management software provider GoContractor.
Safety Plus provides safety management, contractor management, and compliance software and services to various industries. The strategic acquisition allows Safety Plus to augment its platform, tech-enabled services, and staffing solutions to set a higher standard of workplace safety. With the addition of GoContractor’s contractor management software, Safety Plus will expand its service offerings in areas such as onboarding, training, and management solutions.
