ATLANTA – September 15, 2023 — Morris, Manning & Martin advised investment firm Renew Lab Partners in its acquisition of Dalton-based Professional Testing Laboratory, LLCS.
The acquisition of Professional Testing Laboratory allows Renew Lab Partners who specializes in testing, inspection, certification and compliance in the manufacturing industry to further develop their testing capabilities for a wide range of products including carpets, underlayments, fibers, fabrics, laminate flooring, wood and resilient flooring.
