ATLANTA – February 1, 2024 – Morris, Manning & Martin advised Proof Technologies in closing its Series B financing round, which was led by Long Ridge Equity Partners along with participation from Blue Heron Capital, The LegalTech Fund and other existing investors.
The Denver-based legal tech company allows attorneys to upload their court documents into the Proof portal which will then find process-serving companies near the defendant. The platform then notifies the lawyer of what is needed to file and how to deliver their documents to the court, streamlining the overall filing process for legal teams. Proof Technologies will leverage the funding to grow its sales and marketing team, integrate e-filing for lawyers and finally, expand its AI capabilities to automate the preparation of court documents.
