Atlanta (December 16, 2022) — Morris, Manning & Martin advised Optomi Professional Services (OPS) in its investment from FFL Partners (FFL). Atlanta-based OPS is a leading provider of high-end technology consulting and staff augmentation under the Optomi brand, and domestic rural outsourcing services under the Provalus brand. FFL, based in San Francisco, is a private equity firm with more than $5 billion under management. It focuses on growth investments in middle market companies. FFL announced the deal on Dec. 21, 2021. The financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.
