Atlanta (January 26, 2022) — Morris, Manning & Martin advised OneReach.ai on a significant growth investment from LoneTree Capital, a New York-based growth capital firm.
OneReach.ai — based in Denver, Colorado — is a Gartner Magic Quadrant leader focused on democratizing conversational artificial intelligence and machine learning through its flexible low-code/no-code development platform. Award-winning user experience pioneers founded the market-leading software company and launched its first product in 2013. OneReach.ai has offices in Berkeley, London, and eastern Europe. LoneTree provides operational and M&A support alongside flexible capital to accelerate revenue growth. This is its first investment in this market. LoneTree announced the investment Jan. 26, 2022. The financial terms were not disclosed.
