ATLANTA – February 12, 2024 – Morris, Manning & Martin advised Nucleus Security in securing $43M Series B funding from Arthur Ventures and Lead Edge Capital. In-Q-Tel, a venture capital firm that focuses on national security, also joined the Series B round as an investor and partner.
The Florida-based cybersecurity technology firm specializes in risk management software solutions and vulnerability intelligence. The funding will allow Nucleus to accelerate its product innovation, research, and development to further its position as a leader in risk management. Additionally, the partnership with In-Q-Tel will ensure that future growth and expansion of Nucleus’s platform will serve the needs of government agencies responsible for national security and infrastructure.
