ATLANTA – October 15, 2024 – Morris, Manning & Martin advised Neighborly Software in its growth equity investment from Charlotte-based investment firm Falfurrias Growth Partners.
Neighborly is a SaaS platform that provides customers, including city and municipal governments, state governments, housing authorities, and non-profit organizations, with comprehensive solutions for covering grant/application management, case management, loan administration, construction, asset monitoring, and reporting, among other capabilities. The platform provides compliance, efficiency, and effectiveness for government-funded programs.
The transaction will allow Neighborly to continue growth by enabling more investments in its platform, new technology, enhanced products, geographic expansion, and sales & marketing.
