ATLANTA – September 7, 2022 — Morris, Manning & Martin advised Momnt Technologies, Inc. – a financial technology company that powers real-time lending and payment solutions for businesses at the point of need – in a $9.5 million investment. Headquartered in Atlanta, the company formerly known as Artis Technologies launched its platform in 2020 in the home improvement industry. It more recently announced its presence in the healthcare space, entering the patient finance industry. Momnt will utilize the added capital to continue investing in its people, processes and technology, further improving Momnt’s best-in-class platform.
The capital raise comes from existing investors plus a new strategic investment from Yamaha Motor Ventures, Inc. of Palo Alto, California. Yamaha Motor Ventures typically invests in early stage companies that have a product and customer validation. Its operations span the globe with talent and products in over 32 countries.
The MMM team is led by Andy Klemm with Nick Rueter in Atlanta. Momnt announced the funding on September 7, 2022.
