ATLANTA – September 9, 2023 — Morris, Manning & Martin advised Mather Economics in its acquisition of Canadian AI automation platform, Sophi.
The acquisition, closed on August 22, allows Mather Economics to further expand its global capabilities in subscription management and customer data analytics by combining with Sophi’s automation software. This full suite of products will allow Mather Economics to better meet their customer’s business transformation needs.
Sophi’s technology includes a suite of artificial intelligence and machine learning-powered automation, optimization and prediction tools built to enable subscriber growth, paywall optimization, and digital content curation and automation.
The Atlanta-based MMM team is led by Alexander Scharyj and includes Associates Harris Howard, Alexandra Landgraf and Haley Gleerup
