Atlanta (May 4, 2022) - Morris, Manning & Martin advised Mainsail Partners and its portfolio company Flight Schedule Pro in the acquisition of Coradine. Mainsail is a growth equity firm with offices in Austin and San Francisco. Flight Schedule Pro is a leading provider of cloud-based business management software for flight schools, universities, flying clubs and other aviation constituents.
Coradine is the developer of LogTen, a world-leading advanced electronic pilot logbook platform that helps pilots save time, fly safely and comply with FAA regulations. LogTen will continue to be available to pilots as a standalone product and will also be seamlessly integrated into the Flight Schedule Pro platform, where a digital logbook is one of the most heavily requested products from pilots.
Flight Schedule Pro, based in Overland, Kansas, announced the transaction May 4, 2022. Coradine is headquartered in Portland, Oregon. No financial details were disclosed.
