Atlanta (February 3, 2022) - Morris, Manning & Martin advised LLR Partners in its growth investment into ParkHub.
LLR Partners, based in Philadelphia, is a lower middle market private equity firm investing in technology and healthcare businesses. The firm collaborates with its portfolio companies to identify and execute on key growth initiatives and help create long-term value. Founded in 1999, it is a flexible provider of equity capital for growth, recapitalizations and buyouts.
Based in Dallas, ParkHub’s products offer contactless payment options, real-time operational data, robust performance analytics, and leading integrations with ticketing and parking reservation providers. The investment will support continued development of its parking management software, growth in payment processing solutions and complementary acquisition opportunities.
