ATLANTA – Jan. 12, 2022 — Morris, Manning & Martin advised Atlanta-based Juvare in its acquisition of Nusura, LLC. Juvare is the global leader in critical incident preparedness and response technology. Denver-based Nusura is a consulting and technology company that combines experience and innovation to create transformative solutions to complex problems. The acquisition allows Juvare to provide the industry-leading preparedness training solution, SimulationDeck, to its clients while extending its competitive advantage across the defense and emergency management landscape. Juvare, which announced the deal on Jan. 12, 2021, did not disclose the purchase price.
