ATLANTA – August 28, 2023 — Morris, Manning & Martin advised Hubstaff in securing a strategic investment from Boston-based private equity firm WestView Capital Partners.
The transaction, closed on August 28, will allow Hubstaff to further grow as a workforce management platform that enables businesses to better understand, manage, and optimize how their employees and contractors work in a remote and hybrid environment. The partnership with WestView Capital will foster a collaborative approach and accelerate growth to expand the company into larger markets moving forward.
